Indian Vibes is an online portal for innovative home décor items. The company is one of the leading home décor item manufacturers and dealers in Gurgaon. The company specializes in crafting unique lights and table lamps. They have introduced table lamps and lights on the acrylic sheets. Though the lights are flat, they create a three-dimensional (3D) illusion.
Apart from the unique lights, they also sell uniquely crafted Mandala art engraved idols of Hindu Gods and others.
Project Summary
Before meeting us, the company attended various seminars, trade fairs, and corporate events to promote their products. However, it did not help the company to gain mass-scale exposure. Moreover, renting the stalls in trade shows is an expensive matter. Therefore, the return on investment was disappointing from such trade shows and corporate events.
Mr. Vivek Singh, the owner of Indian Vibes, had contacted our team to handle the online marketing campaign for the business. The business aimed a significant brand exposure and a satisfying number of buyers through the online platform.
So, our team planned and executed the online marketing campaign for the business according to the expectations and requirements of the business owner.
Project Goals
Analyzing the expectations and requirements of the client, we had adopted the following project goals:
- An Ecommerce Website: The most important thing was to develop an ecommerce store. The website should be visually attractive and feature-rich.
- Product Listing: Systematically showcasing the products was another project goal. As a result, the project should appear attractive for increasing sales.
- Earning Revenue: The project's third goal was to generate revenue by selling products through the website.
Challenges
- The major challenge was representing the products through usual photographs. Most of their products are two-dimensional, though they provide a 3D appearance. Therefore, we had to shoot products from different angles and different background colors to represent the product correctly.
- The second challenge was to develop a feature-rich ecommerce website that could draw a high number of traffic daily and provide a user friendly interface to make online purchase hassle-free.
- The client asked for immediate sales of products, and this is challenging in the virtual world. So, we had to develop unique strategies to fetch sizable revenue for the clients through the website.
Our Approach
The success of a project depends on how the team approaches it. At first, we had developed an ecommerce store for the client. While developing the website, we ensured that it had an SEO-friendly interface and top-notch page loading speed.
While developing the product pages, we faced the challenge of representing the products properly from different angles. To better understand the product dimensions, we had to use GIFs, videos, and images from different angles.
After completing the website development, we planned and started a campaign for the company. We had deployed Google, Facebook, and Instagram advertisements for digital campaigning. In addition, we aimed to bring immediate sales through paid ad campaigns.
For managing the conversion rate, we had created the conversion funnels. Nevertheless, our team has also developed a database of the users and customers who have registered themselves on the website. We attempt to convert such users into frequent buyers by sending personalized emails and messages to them.
We also had integrated WhatsApp chat to help the users find answers for their doubts and queries without any delay.
Technology and Tools Used:
We have deployed WooCommerce using WordPress framework for developing the ecommerce portal. We integrated the Cashfree plugin for the payment gateway to render a secured payment environment to the buyers.
For editing the images, we had used Pixlr tool. On the other hand, we monitored the daily visitor count, bounce rate, conversion rate, and other data through the Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel tool.
We offered three major services to the client for this project. Firstly, we offered an ecommerce website development service. Secondly, we run a paid digital marketing campaign using Google Ads, Instagram, and Facebook. Thirdly, our team has provided social media marketing and other digital marketing services.
