VasantKunjDDAflats.com is a real estate portal that features Vasant Kunj, Delhi properties. People can search residential apartments, villas, farmhouses, and commercial properties through this portal. Besides finding properties for sale, the portal also exhibits various rental properties.
Deal Realtors Group, a well-known real estate company in the Delhi NCR region, is the owner of this web portal. The company offers professional real estate consultancy services. They approached us to rebuild the existing VasantKunjDDAflats.com web portal. Find the details of the project below.
Project Challenges:
Deal Realtors Group wanted our team to handle the project to change the design and some functionalities of the existing website. The realtor group is one of the oldest companies in Vasant Kunj, Delhi region, and thus the company wanted to reflect its expertise and experience through the VasantKunjDDAflats.com portal.
The user interface was the most important thing, as the existing website does not possess a seamless interface. Similarly, the portal needed a better user experience for the visitors. In addition, the website had more than 200 properties listed, and the number may rise in the future. Therefore, we needed to ensure that the website performs effortlessly despite having multiple web pages.
Additionally, the client wanted us to add a few new features to the website. For example, they wanted us to add a property compare feature, property search panel, query forms, spam filter, etc.

The client’s discussion helped us understand that the client wanted a better UX and UI for the VasantKunjDDAflats.com portal. In the wireframe stage, we created the blueprint of the website. Our primary aim was to redesign the website with better typography, colors, images, and overall interface.
For the website re-development, we used the WordPress content management system framework. Since WordPress is easy to handle even for non-technical users, it will allow the client to update content anytime, according to the requirements.
